Because I’m surrounded by lawyers who argue and fight all the time I’ve read them all. I’ve always found all the other books on this subject matter to be too long and drawn out. Several of those on the market today are misleading to the point of being a downright “pitch” (a book written by a lawyer and reviewed by a lawyer) to con the reader into securing an attorney to handle their claim. (Question: How do I know that? Answer: Because 34 years ago I was born into a family of lawyers and we’re always talking about such “stuff.”) We all agree that Auto Accident Personal Injury Insurance Claim is, beyond the shadow of any doubt, the best of its kind on the market today.

Baldyga’s book is easy to read, comprehensive and most importantly his outstanding instructions (plus his truly innovative BASE Formula–which absolutely places an accurate value n “pain and suffering”) provides one with all the help they need to settle their claim for a much higher amount than they ever expected. I loved it and recommend it highly. (My family of lawyers were stunned by the “inside info”–some of which even they weren’t aware of–that Mr. Baldyga has passed along in this fantastic book.)

My wife and I were injured in a rear-end accident in early this year. As an international student, I had no idea how to settle the medical bills with the insurance company. Fortunately, I found your book and ordered it online. I just finished the negotiation with the adjuster several minutes ago. Following the instruction in your book exactly, I made her increase the offer by more than $5,000. The book made me feel confident when I fought with the adjuster for a fair settlement.

This book was very informative though was quite wordy and I had to read and re-read a couple areas a couple times to understand it. However, I was able to make a chart for myself based on his explanation and will use that as a basis for the settlement amount I am requesting from the insurance company of the other, at-fault, driver. After reading this book, I am confident and feel very steadfast in the settlement amount that I have requested from that insurance company. I’m anxious for the final outcome!

After my son and I had an accident I didn’t have a clue where to begin, or what had to be done. I read this book, followed instructions, and feel I successfully negotiated the claim on my own.

I noticed an article below that complained about the cost of the book. I figure I saved about $2,500 by doing it myself. That’s the 33% a lawyer would have taken to do what the book showed me how to do myself. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that the $30.00 cost was a small price to spend to save $2,500. Anyone who can read and follow instructions will also be able to save a lot of money like I did. And I’m not always good at following instructions, but I did it!

My wife and I purchased this book some time ago as we prepared to settle our claim.

She had also bought a few others online and we spent quite a bit of time reading them all.

Each one had some helpful information, however, we both felt this book was the most concise and had everything we needed to know. I especially liked the fact that this particular author did not talk down to the readers, nor did he use the difficult to understand legal terms that some of the others did.

He took us step by step through the process, explaining what we needed to do at every turn.

Neither my wife or I had ever been through this wrenching process before. When we met with our adjuster we both felt a lot more confident thanks to this book.

I’m pleased to report that we just settled our claim for the amount we figured out with this book. It took some haggling, both on the phone and in person, but we held fast as the author said to do and we persevered.

For the benefit of others who find themselves like we did, struggling to learn the in’s and out’s of a claims process, I would recommend this book highly.
