SOAP Notes October 29, 2008 This is a very well written book that gives you detailed instructions on SOAP Notes. Most instructors gloss over SOAP Notes and they can mean the difference between a successful re-imbursement or legal case. My notes were good enough to win a $2000.00 case. Not bad for a massage therapist!
Best Price September 9, 2008 The best prices are on Amazon- and I always get what I'm expecting, usually the quailty of the books exceeds my expectations!
Adequate Book June 16, 2008 This book adequate for to learn SOAP notes. It does show you how to break it down. However, it doesn't quite explain how to write an addendum or other aspect. The book could have had a better layout and more examples. This books is a workbook so as always practice and you'll learn it.
Good book June 13, 2008 This book is a good book and I got it in great condition. Easy to understand and a great do it yourself book.
