All you need is a piece of fertile ground (your beautiful mind) plus some hardy seeds of wisdom, creativity, and plain good sense. In this inspiring new collection from the pages of IO, The Oprah Magazine,/I more than 75 warm, wise, and insightful contributors write about beating the blues, dropping weight, kissing fear goodbye, making your dreams real, and putting your best face forward (with a little help from the right haircut, of course).BRBRIO's Big Book of Happiness /Ioffers you more than 100 wonderfully written, empowering articles that will turn your life around, whether you're fighting loneliness, illness, self-doubt, or a crisis of faith. Be prepared for unconditional honesty and reality-based solutions, even if you think you've hit bottom and there's no place left to go. As Oprah writes in one of her essays, "Everything in life happens to help us live.BRBRHave you ever wondered :BRBR* What's the secret to getting in shape#8212;and staying that way? Not what I expected December 28, 2008 I bought this for gifts, but found it was mostly text. I expected more illustrations, magazine style. Too heavy for light reading.

I am now happy November 8, 2008 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
This book is not just big, it is also good. Holy, Holy, Holy. I envision a time in the not too distant future when all of the world's major religions have died off, leaving this as the singular sacred text of our new spiritual age. I am not exaggerating. I give it six out of five stars.
Great Book November 3, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great book. It puts together her best articles from O Magazine. I am a subsciber to the magazine and there articles I didn't remember in the book. I have purchased all three books. Each one is better than the last.
