HO-3 is normal home owners
HO-4 is renters
HO-6 is for condominium owners

There isn’t an average, because there are SO many variables. But in Pittsburgh, for the “average” $150,000 home, I’d expect about $500. But you can’t find a good $150,000 home in Philly, and Philly’s higher risk, so in Philly, it would probably be closer to $1200. But that’s a regular home.

Townhomes are different – depending on the number of common walls.

Plus, your CREDIT score affects the rates a lot, too. Not to mention the CONSTRUCTION type – brick or frame??
