I’m also interest in knowing this since our family owns a house in philadephia and it’s a pain in the house, since we have some terrible tenant, and remax has not been helping very much
Check with your local State Farm agent – they have competitive rates.
Or check with whoever your auto insurance is with, that way there will be a discount.
There’s no “one size fits all” best. There’s no shortcut to shopp;ing around, however, with renter’s insurance there isn’t much of a price difference, either.
Your best bet is probably to go with the same company that writes your car insurance – that 10% discount off your car insurance for having the renter’s policy will likely make it free.
Erie has some of the best rates and they are very easy to work with.
If you qualify, Erie is a great company with great rates. I have my renters and auto with them.
