if i was in the industry and had computer access to certain things, yes I could. If I were a private investigator, probably. If it’s on a computer database somewhere, somebody can get info on it.

No, due to privacy laws, only the policy owner or their legal representative can get a copy of the policy.
If you want a copy, contact them and ask them for one.
