Where do you live?? If you live in Philadelphia, your costs will be out of sight, , if you live in Lock Haven, your cost will be a lot less.

Philly will be cheaper than NY, but it’s HEAVILY based on your credit score. There’s no short cut – you HAVE to call around to get quotes.
